Shipping

Free U.S. shipping on every order. No minimum, no code. Every order in the United States ships free.

Ships from Los Angeles within 24 hours. We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 24 hours of it being placed, and you get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves. Standard delivery is usually 2 to 5 business days from there. If you want it faster, Priority shipping is available at checkout for $7.99.

International orders ship from Los Angeles via USPS or DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination, and any duties or taxes on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Changed your mind on the address? Email info@muacha.com as soon as you can. Because orders ship within 24 hours, we can only update an address before it has been handed to the carrier.

Lost, late or damaged? If tracking stops moving for more than 5 business days, or your box arrives damaged, write to info@muacha.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Muacha+ orders ship exactly the same way: free, from Los Angeles, within 24 hours of each renewal.

Returns & refunds

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the sticks must be unopened, in their original tube, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@muacha.com. If your return is accepted, we send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Boxes sent back without a return request first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or wrong, so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Opened tubes and individual sticks cannot be returned, since matcha is a food product. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return what you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The same conditions apply: unopened, in the original tube, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email info@muacha.com.
